Rainforest Cafe in London is like no other restaurant you have visited.
It is like visiting the jungle, but in the heart of London.
The tables are arranged so that all the children at each table get to see and hear the life-size animals and their noises, and the feeling is quite unreal when the large elephants keep shaking their heads and their ears flap.
Every now and then, the rainforest erupts in a chorus of birds and other animals, and the sky turns dark and the thunder roars – it is so lifelike – the children’s faces are a picture !
My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely couple of hours in the company of the jungle animals, and my daughter kept on going over to the elephant and stroking its ears and trunk.
The meals are reasonably priced, with kids Explorer Menu giving them a fantastic goody bag in with the price.
