Win a family ticket to The World of Glass - Museum & Arts Centre

The World of Glass - Museum & Arts Centre with an eye on the future……

Where could you find a Wizard, a Victorian furnace, an amazing film show and live glassblowing in a museum – well at The World of Glass you can and it’s not just for Halloween.

If you were wondering about the Wizard, well he is resident in our mirror maze which is great for all ages and it’s ideal for the kids to explore while you have a coffee in the canal side ‘Hotties’ café. The three screen film show takes you back in time to the Egyptians and into the future and explains why you can’t really live without glass. Then there’s the Victorian furnace with its underground tunnels and of course our live glassblowing demonstrations throughout the day.

This half term we have great craft activities where you can paint spooky tealights and lanterns, each session is £3.99 per child per session and should be booked prior to visiting on 01744 22766.

Opening Times: Summer - 10.00 am to 5.00pm (last admission 3pm).
